We minimize the impact of DMF

The Dimetilfumarate (DMF) crisis led SOIVRE to request the withdrawal of 87,000 pairs of shoes before entering the Spanish market; and another 115,000 pairs due to claims made by outlets and distributors. This situation caused the creation of ADICAL, the Association of Importers and Exporters of Footwear.

Shixing Consultants developed its identity, its crisis plan to neutralize attacks, minimize the uncertainty and resistance from key stakeholders and to protect the reputation of the collective of footwear importers and exporters. Also, we promoted an on/off communication campaign to promote safety and disclose footwear imports differentials in order to boost sales. We have also fostered cohesion among importers through an affiliate program and annual meetings, as well as industry cooperation and defense before public and private institutions.
