We reformed the law on consumer loans
The 138 Oppening English schools, belonging to the CEAC Group, and franchised academies throughout the Spanish geography, closed down with a debt of over 120 million and 90,000 students.
The students group had taken out bank loans amounting to 135 million euros from Banesto, Banco Santander Central Hispano, Caja Madrid, Eurocrédito (Cetelem), and Pastor Serfin Finanzia BBVA (Banco Pastor). The campaign consisted of litigation legal claims, establishing strong relationships with banks, government agencies, consumer groups and the media. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and contributed to the reform of the law on consumer loans.
